A Hands On Learning facilitator typically spends their days planning and leading practical learning activities, supervising small groups of students, and ensuring a safe environment for hands-on projects. They often collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and sometimes community partners to tailor activities that support each student's interests and learning needs. Regular tasks may also include documenting student progress, preparing materials, and organizing project logistics. This dynamic role requires flexibility and a commitment to building positive relationships with students to help them succeed through experiential learning.
