Job Summary
Puzzle Box Academy and its affiliated brands are mission-driven organizations dedicated to transforming the future of neurodivergent education, emotional regulation, and human-centered learning. Our ecosystem includes private schools, therapy services, educator training programs, nonprofit initiatives, speaking platforms, podcasts, and emerging educational technologies.


We are entering a major national growth phase and are seeking a highly strategic, systems-oriented Director of Growth & Automation to help architect scalable infrastructure across our educational and media brands.

This is not a traditional marketing position.


The Director of Growth & Automation will oversee the development and execution of scalable growth systems across multiple brands and initiatives. This role combines growth strategy, automation architecture, AI integration, marketing operations, analytics, and digital ecosystem management.


This position will work directly with executive leadership to transition the organization from reactive marketing into a scalable national growth infrastructure.


Core Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Scaling

  • Develop and execute 90-day, 6-month, and 12-month growth strategies
  • Build scalable lead-generation ecosystems across all brands
  • Design measurable customer acquisition and retention strategies
  • Develop partnership, speaking, and community expansion funnels
  • Create long-term organic authority-building systems


AI & Automation Infrastructure

  • Implement AI-driven operational systems
  • Build CRM workflows and nurture funnels
  • Develop automated onboarding and follow-up systems
  • Create segmented email and SMS automation sequences
  • Integrate AI tools for analytics, content scaling, and reporting
  • Reduce dependency on manual processes and third-party vendors


Analytics & Reporting

  • Create executive KPI dashboards
  • Track lead attribution, conversion rates, CAC, ROI, and engagement metrics
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance
  • Present weekly and monthly executive reporting
  • Use data to guide strategic decision-making

Required Experience

  • 5+ years in growth strategy, marketing systems, or automation leadership
  • Strong experience with CRM systems and automation platforms
  • Experience scaling brands or organizations with multiple audience segments
  • Demonstrated ability to improve measurable growth metrics
  • Advanced understanding of AI-assisted workflow systems
  • Strong analytical and operational thinking skills
