Mast Roofing & Construction in Oley, PA is actively searching for a full-time Hands-On Construction Foreman who can confidently lead, organize, troubleshoot, and work hands-on alongside a crew in the Berks County, PA area. This position plays a vital role in ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, accurately, and according to company quality standards. In this role, you can expect to work a flexible schedule of between 45-55 hours/wk.

We offer this position an annual salary of $80,000-$100,000/year, based upon experience and a full benefits package including medical, vision, dental, a retirement plan, paid time off (PTO), bonuses, a company truck, laptop, phone, and complete technical and sales training.

As a Hands-On Construction Foreman, you are the face of our company since you are consistently out in the field during each project. You thrive on being a dependable, solutionfocused leader who takes ownership of the performance of both yourself, your work and your team. You are not afraid to jump in and work hands-on alongside the crew when needed to keep projects moving forward. You help prevent delays, maintain quality standards, control job costs, and ensure projects stay on schedule.

You understand the importance of technical accuracy, clear communication, process consistency, and jobsite organization. Your team trusts you to provide direction, coaching, productivity improvement, and safety leadership while maintaining OSHA compliance. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 2 years of experience in residential construction
  • 1 year crew leadership experience preferred
  • Ability to read plans, blueprints, scopes of work, and material specifications
  • Ability to measure doors and windows with great accuracy
  • Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions
  • Physically capable of lifting, climbing, stretching, and performing hands-on construction tasks
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of OSHA and jobsite safety standards preferred
