How You Will Make an Impact

  • Identify and resolve constructability issues, sequencing conflicts, and field coordination challenges.
  • Communicate clearly with Project Managers, Project Engineers, owners, architects, inspectors, and subcontractors.

  • Document daily progress, field issues, manpower, inspections, and site conditions using company systems.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 6+ years of commercial construction field supervision experience.
  • Strong understanding of building sequencing, subcontractor coordination, site logistics, safety, and quality control.
  • Experience supervising multi-trade commercial construction projects.
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and technical project documents.
  • Strong communication skills with subcontractors, inspectors, project teams, and client representatives.
  • Proactive problem-solving ability and a self-starter mindset.
  • Willingness to travel to active Southern California jobsites as needed.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Healthcare construction experience in California.
  • HCAI / OSHPD experience or familiarity.
  • Experience working in occupied healthcare facilities, active campuses, public works environments, or operational commercial buildings.
  • Experience with infection control, dust control, shutdowns, access planning, phasing, and operational continuity.
  • Experience with imaging rooms, technical infrastructure, shielded rooms, seismic upgrades, or hospital renovations.
  • 10+ years of experience in a Superintendent or field supervisory role.
  • OSHA training or related safety certifications.
  • Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction technology experience.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 401(k) retirement savings program with employer matching.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus life and disability options.
  • Paid time off including holidays, vacation, and sick leave.
