First (Days)
Overview:
Learning & Development Facilitator, AI & Digital Workplace Enablement
We are looking for an exceptional facilitator to help the workforce build practical confidence with AI and the broader digital workplace.
The Learning & Development Facilitator, AI & Digital Workplace Enablement will help employees and leaders build practical confidence using AI and digital workplace tools in their day-to-day work. This is a training and facilitation role first, focused on creating a comfortable learning environment, explaining concepts in plain language, and helping adult learners turn new tools into useful work habits. The facilitator will support the broader organization through virtual workshops, hands-on learning sessions, small-group support, and one-on-one coaching with leaders. While familiarity with AI, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, Zoom, Teams, and other digital workplace tools is valuable, deep technical expertise is not required. Candidates should be comfortable demonstrating and teaching workplace technologies but will not be expected to develop software, administer systems, or provide technical support.
What This Role Will Do
• Facilitate engaging instructor-led, virtual, hybrid, and hands-on learning experiences for employees at every level, from frontline staff to senior leaders.
• Provide at-the-elbow coaching and small-group support, including one-on-one sessions with executives and leaders who learn best in the flow of their actual work.
• Teach practical, role-relevant uses of AI and digital workplace tools, with emphasis on daily work, judgment, confidence, and responsible use.
• Turn complex or technical information into clear, approachable learning for nontechnical audiences.
• Create workshops, demonstrations, practice activities, office hours, job aids, prompt examples, and short-form performance support.
• Consult with business partners and subject matter experts to identify where employees are getting stuck and what skills or habits will make the biggest difference.
• Design learning around real scenarios and workflows rather than generic feature demonstrations.
• Facilitate conversations about appropriate, safe, and responsible use of AI and workplace technology.
• Gather learner feedback and use it to improve training, resources, and adoption support.
• Stay curious about emerging tools and topics, and quickly build enough working knowledge to teach their most useful applications, recognizing that the subject matter of this role is expected to expand over time.
Education
  • Bachelors Level Degree required

Certification/Licensure
  • Relevant AI, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, facilitation, coaching, or adult-learning certifications are preferred

Experience
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience facilitating corporate learning, adult education, training delivery, change enablement, digital adoption, or related learning programs.
  • Experience facilitating engaging instructor-led, virtual, hybrid, and hands-on learning experiences for adult learners at varying levels of the organization.
  • Ability to translate complex or technical information into clear, approachable, practical learning for nontechnical audiences.
  • Experience coaching leaders, executives, departments, or small groups through new tools, workflows, or workplace technology adoption.
  • Comfort learning new technology and demonstrating realistic applications of AI, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, collaboration tools, or other digital workplace solutions.
  • Strong consulting, listening, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to build trust, adapt in the moment, and support learners with varying levels of confidence.
