What are HACCP Managers?

HACCP Managers are professionals responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) systems within food production or processing facilities. Their main role is to ensure food safety by identifying potential hazards, establishing critical control points, and monitoring procedures to prevent contamination. They also train staff, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with relevant food safety regulations. HACCP Managers play a key role in protecting consumers and maintaining the reputation of their organizations.
