Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with recruitment processes including scheduling interviews and coordinating communication with candidates.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, onboarding materials, and policy manuals.
  • Support payroll processing by gathering and verifying employee information.
  • Coordinate employee training sessions and maintain training records.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Qualifications
