About the Position
• We are seeking a GTM Engineer to help shape and execute intelligent go-to-market workflows across Marketing and Sales. This role sits within the GTM team and works closely with Sales, Marketing and IT Systems to design, build, and scale automation and AI-powered processes across the GTM ecosystem to improve efficiency and accelerate revenue growth. As a GTM Engineer, you will build and optimize systems that enhance sales, customer success and marketing operations, focusing on automating workflows and improving the productivity of revenue teams
This individual will partner with GTM leadership to translate strategy into practical, scalable systems, owning and deploying workflows, optimized processes, and automation in collaboration with Sales Systems and IT. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of the buying lifecycle and go-to-market processes, automation and integration experience, technical fluency, and comfort working in development, test and production environments while balancing speed, impactful outcomes, robust governance, and cross-functional partnership with all stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Identify high-impact automation opportunities across Sales, Marketing and Customer Ops, recommending solutions based on feasibility, availability, security, cost, and business impact
  • Identify and implement use cases that enhance sales rep productivity, generate qualified pipeline and accelerate growth
  • Design and implement end-to-end workflows so the right insight or action happens at the right moment, without manual intervention.
  • Build, and maintain GTM automations and workflows, including AI-powered workflows and decisioning, to reduce manual effort and improve reliability within systems including SFDC, Churn Zero, ZoomInfo Copilot, Outreach, Chorus, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Auto-Dialer, and MEDDPICC forecasting software.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Rev Ops to support lead and account scoring, attribution, segmentation infrastructure, and lifecycle management.
  • Support account-based GTM strategies through account hierarchies, enrichment, scoring, and targeting logic.
  • Drive adoption and effective usage of owned GTM tools through enablement, documentation, and stakeholder partnership

Experience and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Systems, GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar roles at a high-growth SaaS company.
  • Automation Expertise: You have a proven track record of building and deploying automations, with significant experience using platforms like n8n.
  • Passion for Technology: You can evaluate emerging AI and automation technologies and determine where they create real business leverage versus noise.
  • Systems Architecture: You understand how data moves across complex systems and can design solutions that maintain data integrity and system performance.
  • Problem-Solving: You are adept at identifying inefficiencies and developing creative, scalable solutions.
  • Experience in a global B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environment
  • Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce architecture, including complex object relationships and automation (flows, validation rules).
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot), web analytics platforms, and other GTM tooling.
  • Comfortable working with webhooks, workflow automation tools, AI services, and code-like logic, even if you are not a traditional software engineer.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with Clay, Apollo, Outreach, or similar sales automation tools
  • Familiarity with AI/LLM-based personalization (GPT, Claude)
  • You've built workflows, automations, or integrations in Salesforce, Tableau, PowerBi, n8n, Zapier, Make, or through direct API work
