Job description

We are seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Specialist to join the Auffenberg Insurance Group team in Belleville, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance products tailored to our customers' needs, helping them secure the best coverage options available. You will work closely with clients to assess their insurance requirements, provide expert advice, and ensure a smooth, positive buying experience.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate products.
  • Present and explain insurance policies, coverage options, and benefits clearly to clients.
  • Guide customers through the insurance application and approval process.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and company offerings.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain complex information clearly and persuasively.
