Experienced Tree Service Ground Worker

Oasis Tree Care is looking for an experienced ground worker to join our crew.

We’re looking for someone who already knows the industry and can step right into a production crew. This is not an entry-level position. Tree work experience is required.

Responsibilities

  • Running ropes and assisting climbers
  • Rigging and lowering limbs safely
  • Operating chainsaws, chippers, stump grinders, mini skids, and other equipment
  • Assisting with removals and pruning
  • Keeping jobsites clean, organized, and safe
  • Performing basic equipment inspections and maintenance

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of tree service experience
  • Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)
  • Experience with rigging and rope work
  • Ability to safely operate chainsaws and equipment
  • Dependable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team
  • Able to lift 75+ pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions
