WEโ€™RE HIRING: CDL DRIVER / TREE CREW MEMBER

A1 Tree & Stump Removal is looking for a dependable and safety-focused CDL Driver to join our growing team in the Twin Cities.

Pay: $25โ€“$35/hour, based on experience

Full-Time

Location: Bloomington, MN / Twin Cities Metro

Benefits available after 90 days

Weโ€™re looking for someone who is experienced and confident operating commercial vehicles, takes safety seriously, and is comfortable with early-morning start times.

The primary vehicles for this position will include our bucket truck and clam truck, so weโ€™re looking for someone who is comfortable and confident operating larger commercial vehicles in residential neighborhoods, commercial properties, and active job sites.

Previous tree care experience is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate on the tree work portion of the position. If you already have experience in both commercial driving and the tree care industry, your experience will be reflected in your starting pay.

This is a hands-on position and an important part of our daily operations. Our CDL driver will be responsible for safely transporting company vehicles, equipment, materials, wood, and debris to and from job sites throughout the Twin Cities metro while supporting the crew as needed throughout the workday.

Weโ€™re looking for someone who:

  • Holds a valid CDL and has commercial driving experience
  • Is comfortable operating a bucket truck and clam truck
  • Has a safe and responsible driving record
  • Is dependable, punctual, and comfortable with early mornings
  • Takes vehicle and job-site safety seriously
  • Works well as part of a team
  • Is willing to learn and take on new responsibilities
  • Has tree care, landscaping, construction, hauling, or equipment experience โ€” preferred, but not required
