Be familiar with GSE maintenance procedures.* **Computer skills:** General Managers may be required to use computer systems to track process completion, manage budgets, and produce reports.* **Problem-solving skills:** General Managers may be called upon to troubleshoot issues during irregular flight operations.* **Time management skills:** General Managers must be able to manage their time effectively and lead their teams to effectively manage time in order to complete tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment**.****Qualifications:*** Must possess five yearsโ€™ progressive management experience, possess a bachelorโ€™s degree in Business or a related field, or a relevant combination of business experience and education Possess a valid driverโ€™s license with a clean driving record.* If work location is in the United States, must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
