As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Better Movement Coaching Hub, you will:

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions, employing effective therapeutic techniques tailored to meet each client's unique needs.
• Address a range of complex issues including relationship conflicts, grief and loss, and adjustment disorders resulting from separation and divorce.
• Facilitate communication and resolution among family members, enhancing familial relationships and promoting healthy dynamics.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to assess and treat conditions such as alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, and job-related stress.
• Document clinical assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with organizational protocols and HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in regular supervision and training sessions to continuously enhance your skills and stay updated with best practices in therapy.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including couples seeking to strengthen their relationships, families in crisis, and individuals facing significant life challenges. Your ability to empathize with each client's circumstances and provide tailored therapeutic interventions will directly influence their journey towards healing and growth.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience providing therapy in a clinical setting.

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with:

• Clients facing challenges with grief and loss, family conflicts, and adjustment disorders.
