Job description

DESCRIPTION
As part of our overnight team, you will be focused heavily on cleanliness, organization, and food prep work for the store. It will be a requirement that you can lift and maintain 50 pounds. A rotating schedule and full-time availability will be eligible for benefits. You will serve with excellence those who serve our guests, and reliability is a MUST!
Description
As a team member within the North Augusta team that strategically supports the morning and evening shifts, you will be responsible for making the store and our overall services to our guests remarkable. Through attention to detail in sorting, setting in order, shining, standardizing, and sustaining resources within the store, you will help our team and store be the preferred workplace while helping us be the world's most caring organization.
Characteristics:
  • Communication: Since overnight team members are rarely seen throughout the day, you must be able to communicate your needs and concerns to your leadership.
  • Organization: Time management and organization of tasks is vital to your success!
  • Hustle: Overnight team members must be driven and hardworking!
  • Reliability: We rely heavily on our overnight team members; with this being said, we expect our team members to be on time and ready to work!

  • Must be at least 18 years of age upon hire date

  • Must have a source of reliable transportation
  • Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low
  • Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
  • Mobility required during shifts
  • Must be able to lift and maintain 50lbs.
