Company: Pro 2 Pave, Inc. Position: Grading Foreman (Seasonal) Compensation: $40.00 – $48.00 per hour (Based on experience) Location: Pewaukee, WI


About the Role

Pro 2 Pave, Inc. is seeking an experienced and leadership-minded Grading Foreman to join our team for the upcoming paving season. You will be the "boots on the ground" leader, responsible for overseeing a dedicated grading crew and coordinating seamlessly with our prep crew to ensure every asphalt project starts with a perfect foundation.

This is a seasonal, hourly position with significant opportunities for overtime throughout the peak season. If you have a sharp eye for grade, a strong work ethic, and the ability to lead a team toward high-quality results, we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities
  • Crew Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate a grading crew to ensure daily production goals are met safely and efficiently.

  • Project Coordination: Work closely with the prep crew and project managers to sequence work and maintain the project schedule.

  • Technical Oversight: Read and understand site plans to ensure precise grading, drainage, and compaction before asphalt application.

  • Equipment Management: Oversee the proper use and daily maintenance of grading equipment (skid steers, graders, rollers, etc.).

  • Safety First: Enforce all company safety protocols.


Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: Proven experience in sub-grade preparation, fine grading, and/or asphalt paving operations.

  • Leadership: Prior experience in a supervisory or foreman role within the construction industry.

  • Licensing: * Class A CDL is highly preferred.

    • A valid Driver’s License is required.

  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of soil types, compaction requirements, and grade-checking techniques.

  • Stamina: Ability to work long hours outdoors and handle the physical demands of a busy construction site.
