Grading and paving jobs involve preparing and finishing surfaces for roads, driveways, parking lots, and other construction projects. Familiarity with heavy machinery such as graders, pavers, rollers, and related safety systems is essential. Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills help ensure quality work and safety on busy job sites. These skills and qualities are crucial for creating durable, safe roadways and completing projects efficiently.
