Job description

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee field operations on heavy highway and civil construction projects in the Dallas area.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent on Heavy Highway / Civil projects
  • Strong background in earthwork, grading, paving, and site work
  • Experience coordinating crews, equipment, and subcontractors
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and schedules
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Safety-focused mindset with experience enforcing jobsite safety standards
Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily field operations and construction activities
  • Coordinate crews, equipment, and subcontractors to maintain productivity
  • Manage work sequencing to support project schedules
  • Ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with plans
  • Communicate regularly with Project Managers and Engineers
  • Monitor quality control, productivity, and daily reporting

Base salary of $170 + Bonus, Company Vehicle, Gas Card, and Benefits.
