Telehandler / Heavy Equipment Operator - $25-$32/HrJob Description
We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to efficiently utilize off-road forklifts for the transportation and setting of concrete forms and rebar for foundations. The role involves rigging forms and rebar cages, transporting them, and setting or removing them, as well as performing fine grading with a skid steer for flatwork. Proficiency in reading grade stakes, lasers, and blueprints is essential.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment, including telehandlers, skid steers, excavators, backhoes, and forklifts.
- Transport and set concrete forms and rebar for foundations.
- Rig, transport, and set/remove rebar cages.
- Perform fine grading using a skid steer for concrete flatwork.
- Read and interpret grade stakes, lasers, and blueprints to ensure accurate construction work.
Essential Skills
- 4+ years of experience in rigging and transporting concrete forms, rebar, and miscellaneous material.
- 4+ years of experience in fine grading with a skid steer for concrete projects.
- 2+ years of experience working on concrete projects.
- NCCER certification in rigging.
- Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as telehandlers, excavators, backhoes, and forklifts.

- Willingness to submit to a OneSource level 2+
