Job description

CDL A Driver / Shop Associate
Location: Colorado — Local travel with occasional OTR
Pay: $26–$28/hour DOE
 
We are seeking a dependable, experienced CDL Class A Driver to handle local material and equipment transportation, with occasional OTR travel. This hands-on role also supports shop and yard operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate dually trucks, gooseneck trailers, and heavy equipment.
  • Transport, load, unload, and properly secure materials and equipment.
  • Perform vehicle/equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
  • Follow all DOT and safety requirements.
  • Assist with shop and yard duties, including stocking materials, assembling fence components, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Valid CDL Class A with Air Brake endorsement.
  • Minimum 1 year of CDL driving experience.
  • Clean driving record for the past 3 years.
  • Heavy equipment experience preferred (skid steer, telehandler, forklift, excavator, etc.).
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • English required; Spanish/English bilingual preferred.
