Job description

Vote.Online, a new 501(c)(3) non-profit, nonpartisan voter engagement organization. Our mission is to register voters, provide simple and clear online voting information, and ensure more Americans cast their ballots nationwide.

Vote Online is seeking an Executive Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative tasks for the Executive team. The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to managing and paying incoming invoices, promptly responding to external and internal parties regarding scheduling, keeping an inventory of and restocking office materials, and any other administrative tasks relating to the team. This is an entry level position. __

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Data entry with google sheets.
  • Promptly paying and tracking incoming invoices.
  • Responding to inquiries from the Executive team.
  • Managing professional relationships with other conservative organizations.
  • Organizing and maintaining the Vote Online Airtable database.
  • Updating the Google Drive when needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-2 years of administrative experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets)
  • Passion for conservative ideas and principles
  • Extremely organized
  • Strong work ethic and goal-oriented
  • Self-starter and self-motivated
  • Punctual and extremely responsive

“WOW!” SKILLS:

  • Past Executive Assistance experience
  • Past/present involvement in conservative youth organizations
  • Experience starting campus organizations and/or
  • Leadership experience in conservative youth organizations
