Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience in a similar role or in management consulting, corporate development, product management, or engineering.
  • 10 years of experience in cross-functional senior stakeholder management and leadership.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a highly collaborative environment with heavy emphasis on teamwork.

As a key member of the extended Education leadership team, you will help shape the cross-Google narrative for Google for Education (GfE). Reporting to the VP of Strategy, GTM & Operations, you will oversee a multi-disciplinary organization encompassing GTM and Business Strategy, Data Science, and Program Management teams. You will be responsible for translating GfE's high-level vision into a rigorous operational reality. You will drive long-range planning, facilitate high-stakes investment trade-offs, align on and drive measurement, and lead a multi-year overarching strategy and orchestrate the strategic roadmap required to scale Google's impact to 1 billion students globally.
In this role, you will have the defining opportunity to transform teaching and learning for students globally. By harnessing state-of-the-art learning science and the breakthrough capabilities being developed across Google, you will shape the future of education.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $310000 - $432000 (USD) 40% bonus target bonus equity benefits

Responsibilities
  • Partner with the VP to architect a cohesive strategy for Google Education. Oversee the scoping of highly ambiguous challenges, delivering forward-thinking approaches and solutions to unlock critical growth opportunities.
  • Drive high-level alignment, engagement and decision-making across senior level stakeholders.
  • Define the operational roadmap that translates high-level vision into execution.
  • Drive end-to-end operational accuracy to ensure flawless execution to the highest priority goals.
  • Leverage AI to drive innovation, productivity, and operational workflows across the organization.
