About the Role

The Business Development Representative (BDR) role is where outbound effort meets opportunity. You'll be on the front lines of our Business-to-Business sales engine, focused on activating new accounts, re-engaging dormant customers, and supporting pipeline growth for our National Sales team.

This role is ideal for someone who is competitive, disciplined, and energized by goals, structure, and meaningful conversations-but prefers a stable, hourly role while developing sales fundamentals and industry knowledge.

For the right person, this position offers a clear path into commission-based sales roles within our organization.

Location: On-site - Lafayette, LA Schedule: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm) Compensation: $18/hour with medical, dental, and vision benefits; 401(k) eligibility
