Job description

Clubhouse Manager (Sales-Driven) – Golf Envy

Scottsdale, AZ | Full-Time | Sales, Customer Experience, Operations

About Golf Envy:

Golf Envy is redefining the golf experience—24/7 indoor access, world-class simulators, and the feel of a

high-end private club without the country club price tag. We combine precision tech with convenience

and community. And now, we’re looking for a sales-focused leader to help us grow.

The Role:

We’re hiring a Clubhouse Manager who’s not just great with people—but thrives on sales, follow-up,

and closing deals. Your main mission? Drive memberships, deliver simulator demos, and create an

exceptional member experience day in and day out.

If you're someone who knows how drive sales and the value of an experience, and lead with

hospitality, this is your shot to turn golf into your full-time gig.

What You’ll Do:

Sales & Growth (Primary Focus):

● Make daily outbound calls to potential members and leads.

● Host in-person demos to showcase the space and convert prospects into members.

● Lead new member orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

● Plan and promote community events, tournaments, and challenges.

● Be the main point of contact for all members—delivering great service and solving problems fast.

Clubhouse Operations (Secondary Focus):

● Execute daily checklist: cleanliness, restocking, equipment checks, tech resets.

● Ensure simulators and all hitting bays are fully operational and clean.

● Track and report on daily usage, guest passes, and performance metrics.

● Coordinate monthly newsletter and update community boards with tournament rankings, events,

etc.

What You Bring:

● Strong sales skills with a proven track record in customer acquisition or B2C sales.

● Personable, approachable, and highly organized.

● Tech comfort—able to quickly learn systems (CRM, golf simulators, scheduling tools).

● Background in fitness, hospitality, golf, or membership-based businesses is a plus.

● Golf knowledge is helpful, but sales drive is non-negotiable.

● Self-starter who thrives in a high-energy, independent environment.

Perks & Compensation:

● Competitive base salary + uncapped commission. Estimated at an additional $1k to 2k per month.

● Complimentary Golf Envy membership.

● Opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling brand.

● Fun, modern clubhouse environment—where golf meets entrepreneurship.
