We are offering the chance for professionals to start or continue their journey in the world of automotive production while serving the needs of global automotive manufacturers. The Position: Training Coordinator

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging training processes for all employees.
  • Track all training and testing programs.
  • Maintain accurate training records within required systems.
  • Assess and review training programs to ensure we are up to date and keeping employees engaged.
  • Conduct annual safety and ergonomics checks with the Safety Coordinator.
  • Lead new hire orientation and trainings as assigned.
  • Provide constructive performance evaluations to management as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Requirements:

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex matters in an easily understandable manner to different audiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills such as active listening.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and multitask.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Required 5+ years of professional experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience developing and implementing Learning Management Systems.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to frequently travel, both to domestic and international destinations.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
