Global Learning Business Partner - Carmel, IN (hybrid)

The Global Learning Business Partner is responsible for leading and managing learning initiatives for the Global organization. As a Global Learning Business Partner, you will optimize existing development programs and support new development opportunities by providing coordination, collaboration with key stakeholders, project management, and excellent communication skills to ensure engagement, inclusion, and a learning culture at Allegion. This role will play a critical role in developing over 12,000 Allegion employees located throughout the world

What You Will Do:

Business Partnership

  • Manage the Global Learning intake process, provide consultation for the business to assess needs, collaborate with facilitators to design learning approach, implement, and evaluate

  • Manage internal stakeholder relationships and collaborate closely with regions, functions, and business units to identify Learning & Development needs, providing global support

  • Measure program effectiveness and make recommendations to improve satisfaction, knowledge transfer, behavior change, business results, and return on the learning investment through collaboration withfacilitator/vendor

  • Manage the programnomination/applicationprocesses, Global Learning calendar, program and course enrollments, collaborating with business leaders and HR partners

  • Strategize and implement methods to gain voice of customer

  • Proactively communicate Global Learning updates with internal stakeholders, marketing programs and provide updates on program completion, engagement, and metrics

  • Collaborate with Talent Management to ensure key metrics are aligned with learning outcomes (retention, succession readiness, talent pool and program selection, etc.)

Program Expansion/Development

  • Expand learning offerings through evaluation of internal and external learning programs/courses based on business needs/requests

  • Collaborate with Global Learning team on development and coordination of new and expanded programs

  • Manage intake process for program expansion, coordinating with stakeholders and managing prioritized projects

Program Management

  • Manage leadership development programs and self-enrollment offerings, including vendor management, contracts, invoices, program budget, participantselection/enrollment,technology set up (SharePoint, Academy, MS Forms, Teams, etc), and program metrics (scorecard)

  • Coordinate training efforts to ensure global reach and function-specific needs are met

  • Coordinate and schedule programs and courses, ensuring exceptional learning experiences

  • Market offerings to key stakeholders, aligning to Long Range Planning (LRP)/strategy

Learning Technology

  • Develop and maintain SharePoint pages for programs

  • Utilize AI for optimization

  • Create meaningful learning resources utilizing graphic design software (Venngage)

  • Create e-learning courses for prioritized business requests with appropriate content development approach, incorporating rapid authoring tools

  • Build/Curate Allegion-specific content in collaboration with SMEs and provide learning best practices where needed

  • Create learning programs using Allegion Academy (LMS), building per business need

  • Contribute and/or lead special projects to ensure business learning needs are met through innovative learning resources

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Required)

  • At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Management (Required)

  • Experience in Learning and Development (Preferred)

  • Experience working in a Global Organization with multiple languages and cultures

  • Organized, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, proactive communicator, excellent customer service, experience with learning authoring tools, SharePoint page creation, and evaluation tools

  • Candidate must live within the Greater Indianapolis/Carmel, IN area as this role will require a hybrid schedule with onsite presence during the week.
