We are seeking an experienced and highly strategic Market Talent Intelligence Lead to drive a German speaking talent strategy across Poland and potentially expanding this in the future to wider EMEA markets.
This role combines two core priorities:

Owning and developing institutional partnerships that create long-term multilingual talent pipelines and market presence.
Leading talent intelligence and market mapping strategy focused on German-speaking talent populations across Europe.

What Youll do

The successful candidate will play a critical role in building external talent ecosystems, strengthening employer visibility within multilingual markets, and delivering strategic labour market intelligence that supports workforce growth and expansion planning.
You will be part of the EMEA Talent Acquisition team, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to support scalable German-speaking talent strategies across multiple regions, while reporting into the Talent Acquisition leadership Team

Key Responsibilities

Institutional Partnerships & Talent Ecosystem Development
Own and lead the organisations institutional partnership strategy across Poland and key European multilingual markets.
Build and manage strategic relationships with Universities and higher education institutions, language schools and training academies, Government labour and workforce agencies, student organisations and alumni communities, Industry Associations and networking groups, local and international community organisations
Create scalable partnership programmes that strengthen long-term access to German-speaking talent pipelines.
Develop strategic collaboration initiatives including; Graduate and early careers programmes, language talent initiatives, community engagement campaigns, talent mobility and relocation partnerships and employer branding activities.
Represent the organisation externally at: career fairs, university events, industry networking events and talent community engagements
Build a long term market presence and employer visibility within German-speaking talent communities across Europe
Talent Intelligence & Market Strategy
Lead talent intelligence and labour market mapping initiatives focused on German-speaking talent pools across Poland and EMEA.
Analyse multilingual hiring trends, competitor activity, compensation benchmarks, talent availability, and market movement to support strategic workforce planning.
Research emerging multilingual talent markets and identify new sourcing ecosystems and pipeline opportunities.
Deliver actionable market insights and strategic recommendations
Maintain talent intelligence dashboards, sourcing analytics, market research reports, and competitor benchmarking
Track sourcing metrics, market trends, campaign effectiveness, and channel performance to optimise talent attraction strategies

Required Experience & Skills

Proven experience in talent intelligence, strategic sourcing, institutional partnerships, or multilingual BPO hiring environments.
Strong track record of building and managing institutional or ecosystem partnerships that support talent acquisition and workforce growth.
Experience developing sourcing and talent attraction strategies for German speaking candidate populations in Poland and across EMEA
Demonstrable expertise in labour market intelligence, talent mapping, competitor analysis, and multilingual workforce strategy.
Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean sourcing capabilities.
Strong understanding of recruitment marketing, employer branding, social sourcing, and community engagement strategies.
Fluent German language skills (written, spoken, and reading comprehension) are mandatory.
Strong English communication skills.
Excellent time management, networking, communication, analytical, and organisational abilities.
Comfortable operating strategically and autonomously in a fast paced international and growth oriented environment.
