German-Speaking Customer Support Representative (Remote, Turkey)

We are seeking German-speaking Customer Support Representatives to work remotely from anywhere in Turkey. In this role, you will assist customers across industries such as technology, finance, healthcare, media, and travel. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction all while working in a dynamic, multicultural team.

Location: Remote within Turkey Job Type: Full-time | Flexible shifts (Monday to Sunday, part-time or full-time) Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer support via phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Answer questions about products and services, attracting and retaining customers.
  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.
  • Identify and escalate areas for improvement.
  • Re-engage customers identified through satisfaction surveys.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and adherence to company standards.
  • Follow company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Requirements
  • Native or fluent German speaker (C2); good command of English (Minimum B1) is a plus.
