Role Description: We are seeking a dedicated individual for a full-time Sales Manager role to join our team. Responsibilities include executing strategic sales plans, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and contributing to our mission of promoting renewable energy. The Sales Manager will conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and help develop and implement effective sales strategies.

โย ย ย Business Development: Identify and pursue sales initiatives across various types of solar assets: C&I, Residential,
ย ย ย ย ย and Utility-Scale - and convert them into actual salesย
โย ย ย Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their
ย ย ย ย ย needs and offering tailored solutionsย
โย ย ย Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets, including sales and forecasting goals
โย ย ย Market Analysis: Conducting market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential growth markets
โย ย ย Reporting & Analysis: Analyze sales data, provide regular reports to management, and provide ad hoc strategies to

< Requirements>
โย ย ย Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. A master's degree or higher is a plusย

โย ย ย Minimum of 5 years in the solar industry B2B, preferably module sales is desired with a proven track record of
ย ย ย ย ย successful sales and leads
โย ย ย Strong leadership and sales management skills
โย ย ย Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and leverage data to make data-driven decisions
โย ย ย Deep understanding of the US market trends, including regulatory and navigating its nuancesย
