West Wood Imaging Center, a Rezolut Company, is looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team!

West Wood Imaging provides a full range of diagnostic imaging services to meet the needs of all patients and referring physicians and utilizes cutting-edge technology to provide the best imaging possible.

Essential Functions of a Sales Specialist

  • Coordinate the sales team and assist with recruiting and training new hires.
  • Provide product demonstrations to staff and clients and take the lead in resolving complaints.
  • Analyze sales team performance and schedule training/refresher sessions accordingly.
  • Conduct market research and share findings with the team.
  • Work alongside the team to draw up strategies to increase customer base.
  • Set sales targets and implementing incentives.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and allocate resources so targets are met.
  • Manage a network of vendors and suppliers.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with customers that are built on trust and encourage the rest of the sales team to follow this example.
  • Keep up-to-date with advancements in marketing.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, or combination of education and experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or similar.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to think on your feet.
  • Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
  • Strong networking abilities.
  • Ability to diagnose problems and find solutions.
  • Strong degree of diplomacy and the ability to work with a range of different people.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • High proficiency of PC systems, tools, and applications.
