Job description

The University of Wisconsin System Administration is looking for a CRM Integration Specialist
*PART TIME POSITION
Top Skills and Years of Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3 years' experience with Zoho product suite, specifically the CRM, Campaigns, Backstage, and Analytics modules (specific module experience is needed)
• Experience designing, developing, testing, and implementing customizations in the Zoho product suite using the Data Enriched Language for the Universal Grid Environment (Deluge) scripting language. (3+ years)
• Experience designing, developing, testing, and implementing customizations in Zoho utilizing the Java development environment. (3+ years)
• Experience building files in XML (Extensible Markup Language) based on defined standards. (3+ years)
Interview Process: Zoom or Teams interview w/camera on for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Candidates should be identified for interview by 4/17 and interviews should be done from 4/20 - 4/28.
Please note that this is a part-time position.
Location: Must be a CURRENT WI Resident. No relocation allowed. Position is hybrid within the state of WI. Hybrid available but some on-site meetings will be required.
Project Details: The Office of Business & Entrepreneurship purchased several products in the Zoho product suite and worked with an implementation vendor to deploy the toolset. The primary usage of the toolset was to manage several critical business operations of the Office of Business & Entrepreneurship that included coordination with campus partners across the Universities of Wisconsin to develop relationships with business across the State of Wisconsin. The original implementation has some critical issues, and we need an expert in the Zoho product suite to work with OBE leadership to review the current implementation, develop action plans to update/adjust the systems, execute those action plans to test and implement changes, and collaboratively work with OBE to develop thorough documentation, processes, and procedures on the Zoho environment. Additionally, all solutions should be based on standards within the Zoho product environment and help position the implementation to be better supported by Zoho enterprise support.
POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for the analysis, design, development, and implementation of our Zoho
implementation. The ideal candidate will be a software developer who has experience with the Zoho
product suite and Java. The individual should be capable of performing a wide range of software
lifecycle tasks including design, coding, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and user support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Evaluate existing Zoho environment and develop an improvement roadmap
• Design and develop Zoho CRM applications, Flows, APIs, reports, dashboards, screen layout, and
integrations.
• Collaborate with project teams to estimate work effort and/or time requirements to complete
development of specific requirements.
• Develop and execute software testing plans to support migrations and implementation of
changes to existing applications and infrastructure systems
• Create and maintain documentation as appropriate for code, applications, and processes
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field or equivalent work experience.
