POSITION SUMMARY
Kane Brown’s on Broadway is seeking an energetic, professional, and hospitality-driven VIP Host & Event Coordinator team member to help deliver exceptional guest experiences and support private event operations. We seek someone that is looking for more than a job – we want to work with someone who is as passionate as us about what we do and how we go about doing it.
This role is responsible for welcoming and assisting VIP guests, supporting table and bottle concierge service operations, and assisting with the on-site coordination and execution of private events. The ideal candidate is organized, polished, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced nightlife and entertainment environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Vip Hosting & Guest Experience
Own the VIP table experience from pre-sale through night-of execution Welcome and assist VIP guests upon arrivalManage VIP reservations, table assignments, and guest communicationEscort guests to tables and introduce them to service staffSupport VIP table sales, bottle service upgrades, and guest experience enhancementsBuild and maintain relationships with VIP guests to encourage repeat business and guest loyaltyAssist with guest issues or special requests in a professional and hospitality-focused mannerMaintain strong communication with management, servers, security, and support staffTrack guest preferences, important client information, and repeat VIP guestsEvent Sales & On-Site Event Support
Support the execution of private events from pre-shift setup through event closeout Conduct internal pre-event meetings with service, bar, and support staff to review:Event timelinesAssigned rolesGuest countso Menu detailsSpecial requestsService expectations Confirm event spaces are properly set, cleaned, stocked, and guest-ready prior to arrivalCoordinate with service teams to ensure food and beverage timing, replenishment, and service flow remain on scheduleGreet event hosts and guests and serve as the primary on-site contact for event-related questions or concernsMonitor events in real time to ensure smooth operations, cleanliness, guest flow, and prompt issue resolution Verify all event tabs, minimums, charges, and required documentation are properly communicated and closed outCommunicate event updates, guest feedback, operational challenges, and post-event notes to management and sales leadershipAssist with maintaining event supplies, signage, service tools, and operational readiness for future eventsParticipate in post-event recaps and debriefs to improve future execution and guest satisfactionQUALIFICATIONS
• Previous experience in hospitality, nightlife, VIP services, event operations, or guest relations preferred
• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, sales, and organizational skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in high-energy environments
• Strong problem-solving and guest service skills
• Team-oriented with a hospitality-first mindset
• Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
• Experience with reservation, event management, POS, or CRM systems preferred
