Job Overview:
FOCUSPOINT is seeking an experienced Case Management Operations Automation Director for one of our healthcare clients.

This leadership role focuses on driving automation strategies that enhance case management workflows, leveraging advanced technologies like AI, data science, and workflow automation. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience implementing large-scale healthcare technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of automation strategies for case management operations

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on workflow automation, AI, and innovation in healthcare

  • Partner cross-functionally with IT, operations, and performance teams to identify and implement efficiencies

  • Oversee technology initiatives related to EMRs, care coordination tools, and virtual care platforms
