1. WebLogic - (2-3 years) Candidate must be able to understand the domain structure and technology. Must be familiar with the Administration Console, command line utilities, and an API, with which you manage security, database connections, messaging, transaction processing, and the runtime configuration of your applications.
2.Jboss/Tomcat - (2-3 years) Candidate must have experience working with these tools. Must be familiar with basic administration duties
3. Scripting - 2-3 years - Candidate must be able to write scripts. Must have some form of language such as Bash, Perl, Python
4. IIS (2-3 years) Candidate should be able to maintain and support within web applications sitting on these containers.
