• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to gain insight into clients' emotional and psychological states, enabling the formulation of tailored treatment plans.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment approaches based on clients' unique needs, goals, and diagnoses, drawing on evidence-based methods.
• Provide therapeutic support through counseling sessions that address a wide range of mental health issues, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
• Build meaningful and trusting relationships with clients, offering compassionate support in a non-judgmental environment to foster healing and personal growth.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities to help clients identify and modify negative thought patterns and behaviors that hinder their progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure coordinated and holistic care for clients.

This role encompasses a diverse range of clients, including adults and youths, presenting with varying degrees of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns. • A Master’s or Doctorate degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field obtained from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state license or certification as a Mental Health Counselor/Therapist.
