While you may not have face-to-face interactions, regular virtual meetings and clear documentation are essential to ensure smooth processing of invoices, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records. Adapting to different time zones and communication styles can be a challenge, but strong organizational skills and proactive communication help maintain team cohesion and workflow efficiency.
