What does a full time paralegal do?

A full time paralegal assists lawyers by conducting legal research, drafting documents, organizing case files, and managing correspondence. They play a vital role in preparing cases for court, ensuring all necessary paperwork and evidence are collected and filed correctly. These skills ensure accurate legal support, effective case management, and seamless collaboration with attorneys and clients.

What are some common challenges full time paralegals face in managing their workload, and how can they overcome them?
