Antitrust paralegals are legal professionals who assist attorneys specializing in antitrust law, which focuses on promoting fair competition and preventing monopolies or unfair business practices. They help with researching case law, preparing legal documents, organizing evidence, and managing large volumes of data related to mergers, acquisitions, price-fixing, and other competition-related cases. Antitrust paralegals play a vital role in supporting litigation or regulatory investigations by ensuring compliance with antitrust laws and assisting in case preparation from start to finish.
