MOET Law Group is seeking an experienced Senior Negotiator to join our plaintiff-side personal injury law firm in Irvine, CA. This full-time, in-person role is critical in the post-demand phase of personal injury cases, where you will negotiate directly with insurance companies to maximize settlements for our clients.
This position is ideal for a seasoned personal injury professional with strong demand negotiation experience, a deep understanding of case value, damages, and insurance strategies, and the ability to confidently handle high-value negotiations.
Salary Range: $25 $35 per hour
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary negotiator with insurance adjusters after demand is submitted
  • Evaluate case value, liability, and damages to develop negotiation strategies
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies to maximize client recovery
  • Review and analyze medical records, bills, and supporting documentation
  • Draft and revise demand packages and settlement communications as needed
  • Handle counteroffers, strategy adjustments, and escalation of negotiations
  • Communicate clearly with clients regarding settlement progress and expectations
  • Collaborate with attorneys, case managers, and staff on case strategy
  • Maintain detailed records of negotiations, offers, and settlement outcomes
  • Assist with high-value or complex cases and provide guidance to team members
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of personal injury negotiation experience (required)
