Location:  Ashtabula, OH
Position:  Full-time negotiable schedule
Practice Settings: 90% outpatient / 10% inpatient setting
VISA: Offering H1B & J1 assistance

Position Highlights:

  • Average 17–20 clinic patients/day (non-negotiable)
  • On-site lab, X-ray, and PVR scanner
  • EPIC EMR system
  • DaVinci Surgical Robot access
  • Support staff: 2 LPNs, 1 receptionist
  • Call: 10 days/month
  • Strong referral base from employed and affiliated PCPs
  • Patient mix: 50% adult / 50% geriatric
  • Current team: 2 Urologists

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Competitive salary $425K - $500K (Negotiable) + bonus incentives
    • Sign-on bonus & relocation allowance (negotiable)
    • 3-year contract: Guaranteed salary (Years 1–2), productivity model (Year 3)
