As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Responsibilities of a Security Supervisor - Corporate Client
  • Day to supervisor operations such as training new officers, doing post checks, scheduling to make sure the site has zero dark posts.
  • Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
  • Manage access control
  • Supervise the day-to-day security service provided to the facility and ensure service is of the highest standards – capable of representing GardaWorld as the premier provider of security services in the industry
  • Be ready to respond to any operational emergency and insure timely response, timely and efficient communications and accurate reporting
  • Immediate responsibility to direct, supervise, and support shift officers.
  • Ensure that operational logs, records and post orders are maintained appropriately.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with client and employees and serve as the liaison between GardaWorld, our client, and our assigned staff
  • Maintain goal of zero safety incidents, while at the same time managing a robust safety culture and a robust safety program that is appropriate to the operating environments
  • Responsible for corrective action and discipline of subordinate officers (up to formal warnings) and recommending and participating in other disciplinary decisions up to and including termination.
  • Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
  • Supervise & manage employees on your shift at your assigned job site.
  • Maintain a healthy, professional relationship with our client at the assigned site.
  • Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
  • Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
  • Answer questions in person or by phone
  • Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
  • Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
Qualifications for Security Supervisor - Corporate Client
  • You have a state security license and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
  • Be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be 21 years old
  • Must have at minimum one year of recent security supervisor experience. Two years preferred.
  • Must have an active driver's license
