Luxury Retail Security Officer

Location: Fashion Sq Mall

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time

Shift: Friday and Saturday 10:00 AM- 9:00 PM Sunday 10:00 AM- 6:00 PM, Monday -Wednesday 10:00 AM- 9:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking polished and experienced Luxury Retail Security Officers to support premier retail boutiques at the Fashion Sq Mall. This role is designed for individuals who understand that security within a luxury environment goes beyond protectionโ€”it is an integral part of the overall brand experience. As a Luxury Retail Security Officer, you will embody the presence, discretion, and sophistication expected within high-end fashion houses, seamlessly blending security awareness with elevated, concierge-level service. Your role is to ensure an environment that is not only safe, but also welcoming, refined, and aligned with the expectations of an elite clientele.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present a confident, discreet, and highly professional security presence at all times
  • Deliver elevated, concierge-style service in alignment with luxury retail standards
  • Maintain situational awareness to proactively identify and deter potential risks
  • Support loss prevention efforts while preserving a seamless client experience
  • Respond to incidents with composure, urgency, and sound judgment
  • Uphold and enforce brand and client policies with professionalism and tact
  • Accurately document incidents and daily activities with attention to detail
  • Maintain impeccable grooming and presentation standards reflective of luxury environments
Qualifications
  • Active Arizona Unarmed Guard Card License (required)
  • Minimum of 1 year experience within luxury or high-end retail security
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on discretion
  • Ability to remain poised and professional in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods while maintaining attentiveness
  • A refined, service-driven mindset with a strong sense of responsibility
