What are some common challenges faced by executive mall security personnel, and how are they typically addressed?

Executive mall security personnel often encounter challenges such as managing large crowds during peak shopping periods, handling emergency situations, and coordinating with law enforcement during incidents. Addressing these challenges requires strong communication skills, ongoing training in emergency response, and familiarity with the mall's security protocols.
