Dispatch officers to calls and emergency situations. situations. Scheduled and dispatched officers for lunch breaks and shift rotations. Log all incidents, calls, and irregularities in daily reports.
Applicants need to be able and willing to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
Be able to conduct extended foot patrols of the mall area.
Use of mall security vehicle may be required.
This position will require occasional crawling, crouching, climbing of stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping and walking for extended periods of time!
Responsibilities:
Conduct vehicle and foot patrols of areas in the public right of way to identify potential safety and security risks
Maintain a visible presence and engage in professional public interactions
Warn violators of infractions e.g., loitering, smoking, and or in possession of prohibited items
Other duties to be determined by management
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age or older
Valid TX driver's license *Must have clean driving record
Valid Texas Level II guard license
Minimum of one year of security experience
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
You will be working with a team and supported by a leadership team that sets clear expectations and will help you to succeed and grow.
