Tue 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, employees, and contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access requirements, and emergency response activities at retail, mall, and utility locations.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, sales areas, common areas, parking facilities, utility-related property, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site policies, and report unauthorized entry attempts or suspicious activity to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and actions according to site procedures.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol records while communicating professionally with site contacts, public agencies, and Allied Universal leadership as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
