- Assist customers in a timely and accurate manner through phone interactions.
- Maintain performance standards for quantity, timeliness, accuracy, and quality while responding to inquiries.
- Conduct research for routine inquiries and apply basic analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve issues.
- Manage inventory of inquiries and coordinate with departments.
- Resolve customer interactions by documenting and closing cases.
- Collaborate with peers, management, and other business areas to ensure accurate and quality resolutions while adhering to performance guidelines.
- Service customers through various channels, including written or online inquiries, in-person interactions, or off-line data and project work.
