Communication: Communicates complex tax concepts clearly through written and verbal channels and collaborates effectively with internal and external partners.
Technical Skills: Leverages Microsoft Office and tax research tools to produce accurate calculations, research findings, and reporting.

Analytical Skills: Demonstrates strong analytical, mathematical, and reasoning abilities to manage complex tax matters independently.
Organizational Skills: Maintains exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities to timely completion.
Leadership Presence: Exhibits strong leadership presence with the ability to mentor staff, influence stakeholders, and represent Macy’s in interactions with governmental agencies.
