Join Allied Universal as a driving patrol officer in a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this dynamic role, you will support daily operations with integrity, teamwork, and a caring approach while helping create a welcoming environment for tenants, visitors, and staff.

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
  • Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout building interiors, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support authorized access, observe site activity, and report maintenance issues, hazards, and/or policy violations.
  • Support daily operations by completing incident reports, activity logs, and/or shift communications, while following Allied Universal standards and site-specific expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • A state, county, and/or city issued security license is preferred.
  • Being comfortable using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
