Job description

Providence Cancer Institute of Oregon is seeking Hematologist to join our growing Hematology and Oncology Division. In this role you will assist in expanding the delivery of advanced therapies for patients with hematological malignancies and support our Autologous Stem Cell Transplant Program. This position benefits from a built-in referral base of an extensive network of primary and specialty clinics in Oregon. As one of the few highly specialized blood cancer treatment centers in the region, we provide world-class care and promising new therapies. You and your patients will also have access to a vast library of clinical trials and groundbreaking research in immunotherapy. Join a team focused on delivering uncompromising, quality, care in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
  • Full-time, 1.0 FTE
  • Monday - Friday, workweek; 4-clinical days per week with dedicated administrative time
  • Board-certified or Board Eligible in Hematology or Medical Oncology
  • Experience treating all types of blood cancers with specific experience in autologous transplant, CAR-T/cellar therapy
  • Graduating fellows may be considered if they have demonstrated track record in managing complex hematology patients
  • Providence Cancer Institute offers an attractive compensation package, including a guaranteed base salary for the first 2-years of employment, an annual value-based incentive, and wRVU incentive plan
  • $30,000 starting bonus and up to $15,000 for relocation assistance
  • $6,000 annually in Continuing Medical Education (CME) funds and 80-hours of CME time as well as reimbursement for licensure and certification(s)
  • In addition, Providence provides a Comprehensive Employed Provider Benefits Package, including Paid Time Off, Health, Life, Dental, Vision, Disability and Malpractice Insurance
  • As a non-profit organization, Providence is an eligible employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
