• Conducting Client Sessions: Schedule and facilitate therapy sessions with clients utilizing our secure online platform. Each session will focus on assessing client needs, providing therapeutic support, and collaboratively developing treatment plans.
• Minimal Documentation: Focus primarily on client care with minimal time spent on paperwork. Our platform streamlines all necessary documentation, enabling you to dedicate your energy towards meaningful interactions with clients.
• Client Management: Manage a diverse caseload based on your expertise and preferences. Prepare to establish therapeutic relationships with clients within the first 30 days, contributing to their journey towards mental wellness.
• Utilization of Resources: Utilize an extensive library of therapy tools and resources available on our platform to ensure a comprehensive approach tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

Our client base primarily consists of individuals and families experiencing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relational conflicts, and life transitions. All clients are pre-screened and expected to present with low acuity, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality counseling without the burden of crisis management.

• Must hold a Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.
• No history of disciplinary actions against your professional license.
• Ability to maintain privacy standards and establish a dedicated workspace for therapy sessions.
• Exceptional communication skills, demonstrating professionalism in all client and administrative interactions.

• A proven track record of managing a diverse caseload.
• Experience with teletherapy modalities and familiarity with online therapy tools.
• Certification or licensure in multiple states is considered a valuable asset.

Salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise. In addition to a competitive salary, our benefits package includes:
