Position Summary:

Reporting to the VP, Total Rewards, the Manager, HRIS is responsible for the strategy, governance, and execution of the organization’s HR systems. This role ensures the integrity, optimization, and scalability of HR technology, enabling data-driven decision-making and an efficient, high-quality employee experience across the enterprise.


Responsibilities:

1.      Own the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the HRIS platform (e.g., UKG or equivalent)

2.      Serve as the functional and technical lead for all HRIS-related initiatives and enhancements

3.      Ensure accuracy, integrity, and governance of all employee data within HR systems

4.      Develop and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and analytics to support business decisions

5.      Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT to ensure seamless system integration and data flow

6.      Lead system upgrades, implementations, and releases, including testing and change management

7.      Establish and maintain data standards, security protocols, and audit controls

8.      Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within HR systems

9.      Provide end-user support, training, and documentation for HRIS functionality

10.   Build and execute a multi-year HRIS roadmap aligned to business and HR strategy

HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and Business Leadership


Minimum Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience

Minimum Experience:

  • Strong experience in HRIS administration, data management, and reporting
  • Experience with enterprise HR systems (UKG preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience managing HR data, system configurations, and integrations

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in a multi-state, high-volume organization (5,000+ employees)
  • Experience leading HRIS projects or system implementations
  • Familiarity with data governance, compliance, and audit practices
