This is a hybrid role - 2 days remote and 3 days in the Malvern, PA office.
The HRIS Manager provides management and subject matter expertise for the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) platform and payroll operations. This role is responsible for the system administration, configuration, and optimization of the HRIS, as well as the accurate and timely execution of all payroll functions. In addition, this position plays a key role in overseeing HR analytics and dashboard reporting to identify insights, track trends, and support decision making. The HRIS Manager leads a dedicated team, fosters a culture of collaboration, data integrity, and continuous improvement, and partners closely with HR, IT and other departments to align systems and processes with organizational goals.
