Due to our remarkable growth, we are expanding our Workers' Compensation team. We seek a dedicated Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about advocating for the rights of injured workers and are committed to excellence in client service.

Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in Workers' Compensation cases.
  • Manage case preparation, including research, document handling, and court appearances.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed and involved.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop innovative strategies for challenging cases.
  • Uphold our firm’s values, emphasizing communication, education, empowerment, innovation, determination, and compassion.
  • Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the bar in the State of New Jersey.
  • 3+ years of experience in Workers' Compensation law preferred but not mandatory. We are willing to train a highly motivated and detailoriented beginner.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, Filevine, Slack, and RingCentral, or similar software.
  • Spanishspeaking skills are a significant plus.
